One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is providing quality service that assists families in making their next big life transition. For over 20 years, I have been selling homes and cultivating new relationships along the way. When I first started my career in Real Estate, I recognized that the most critical part of my job was to ensure that the deal was done right and to become a trusted advisor to my clients.
At the end of the day, I was responsible for being everything my clients needed me to be. Listing homes could not be simply reduced to planting a sign on the front lawn and rushing to sell it quickly so that I could move on to the next deal. Taking a buyer out to look for homes could not mean hastily getting an offer that overlooked important details. It was my duty to ensure that my clients were satisfied and comfortable with one of the biggest financial decisions they were going to make. This meant getting the highest possible return within my clients' time frame, with the least amount of difficulty and stress.
