After interviewing several realtors, we decided on Cynthia and it turned out to be the BEST decision we made! Cynthia is an honest and a knowledgeable professional. She advertised and posted our home with great photos that attracted many buyers. Our home sold immediately for the asking price. From the very beginning, Cynthia treated me like a friend and truly guided me along the way of the stressful and mind-numbing process of purchasing a home. She literally had every step lined up for me with reputable contacts to go along with it. She didn’t give up on me when I wanted to quit and somehow, someway, a miracle came about. She will not persuade you to purchase a house that you don’t absolutely love. I really cannot say enough great things about her. Once we got started she was right on top of things as to advertising our home via social media and open houses. To my surprise seeing that there were a lot of homes in my area that were for sale for a while, Cynthia was able to sell our home quickly and was able to negotiate a price that we were all comfortable with. Cynthia worked very hard for us. We had met her at an open house we popped in on and had called her later that year to assist us in finding a house. She was amazing at getting us into every single house we wanted to see. We would choose the houses from the Internet and send them to her and we were standing in them within a week. The house we ended up buying was a short sale and it took us a while to get in because of the owners schedule but Cynthia got us in there. Ironically, it was the perfect house for us and now we needed to sit back and wait. Her expertise and knowledge kept us from losing the deal due to an inadequate house inspection and some legal matter which applied to short sales. She worked so hard to get this deal done as she knew how important it was for us.
